If the university tries to stipulate a sort, a sort of principle where there they have to look diverse, I think it can be taken in the wrong way. I do like affirmative action definitely is like a good thing. But um, I don't know like, I think we're like Ryerson in terms of diversity, yes, it could improve but I think it's getting there. I'm seeing a lot more teachers or instructors or TAs, of like different backgrounds rather than just like the white uniform teacher.
